This week’s RLC update – Progress discussions tie into Modern Think Action Plan, Baldrige

Institutional Effectiveness – As part of Richland’s Modern Think Action Plan, during the annual June Progress Discussions for all professional support staff and administrators, each supervisor documents discussion of career goals and opportunities for advancement with each direct report. Further, as part of Richland’s Baldrige discipline, it is documented on the Progress Discussion form that employees can describe “line of sight” how their job responsibilities directly help Richland achieve its vision and mission.
