T-Dust Alert #79 – Del Rio Hall Water Shutdown RESCHEDULED

AND NOW WHAT?  It has become necessary to reschedule the repair to the city water meter one day earlier to Thursday, October 17, at 1:00 p.m.  The details are repeated below with the newly scheduled date and time updated.  Thank you for your understanding and patience, yet again.

WHAT NOW? Due to the rain, it has become necessary to reschedule the repair to the city water meter from today to Friday, October 18, at 1:00 p.m. Therefore there will be no interruption to the domestic water supply to Del Rio Hall today as previously planned. The details are repeated below with the newly scheduled date and time updated. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

WHAT? There will be a temporary shutdown of domestic water service.

WHERE? The only campus building affected by this temporary water service shutdown is Del Rio Hall.

WHEN? The shutdown will occur on Thursday, October 17, from 1:00 p.m. to approximately 2:00 p.m.

WHY? This shutdown is necessary in order to replace a bad seal on the city water meter.

WHERE ELSE? This water shutdown will affect all bathrooms, water fountains, and sinks in Del Rio Hall.

WHO? The City of Dallas Water Department will fund and conduct the repair.

WHAT ELSE? Thank you for your patience and cooperation during this temporary inconvenience.
