T-Dust Alert #68 – East Side Campus Carpet Replacement
WHAT? In our continuing efforts to upgrade campus facilities, carpet throughout the east side of campus is being replaced.
WHY? The carpet is worn and soiled from years of use.
HOW? The replacement work will take place at night after classes have ended for the day. The work will progress in sections from one end of each building to the next with completed sections being re-opened for use the following class day.
WHERE? This carpet replacement is scheduled for the first and second floors of Bonham, Del Rio, Medina, and Lavaca halls and the main floor of Guadalupe Hall.
WHEN? The work is commencing immediately, and is scheduled to be completed by August 31, 2018.
HOW ELSE? This Facilities Services project is being funded by Richland College Fund 11 deferred maintenance funds.
WHAT ELSE? Please pardon any temporary inconvenience this improvement work may cause. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated during the course of this work.
