WHAT?Â Crews will install an emergency cooling system to service Crockett, Alamito, and El Paso halls.
WHEN?Â The emergency work will commence this evening, April 22, with work anticipated to be completed by 7:00 a.m. Wednesday.
WHY?Â A chilled water line that supplies the air conditioning system west of Alamito needs to be relocated for the new science building construction to continue.
WHERE?Â The temporary air handling unit will be positioned in the dock area below Neches Hall.
WHAT ELSE?Â The temporary air handling unit may cause some unavoidable noise to the immediate area.

WHAT? There is a temporary electrical power outage scheduled for Wednesday, April 9.
WHERE? Both floors of Sabine Hall will be affected by this temporary power outage. No other campus buildings will be affected.
WHEN? To prevent disruption to instruction and student and administrative services, the power outage is scheduled to be completed between 5 a.m. and 7 a.m. Full power will be restored by 7 a.m.
WHY? In order to provide an electrical service connection to the Gilbane Building Company construction trailers in the C parking lot.
WHAT ELSE? For safety and security, College Police will provide extra security to Sabine Hall during the power outage.
