‘Made in America, A Current City’ Exhibition, Jan. 13-Feb. 7
See “Made in America, A Current City” from Jan. 13-Feb. 7 at Brazos Gallery. This solo exhibition by Riley Holloway will feature an artist reception from 11 a.m.-noon Feb. 6 inside Brazos Gallery.
Riley is a Hunting Prize finalist and figurative painter, who attended the Art Institute of Dallas and the Florence Academy of Art. He also attended an artist residency at the Fairmont Hotel in Dallas and has his first solo exhibit at The Gallery in Fairmont in 2013.
According to his website, “Holloway is best known for his dynamic work and fresh look at figurative art. His images are often accompanied by text and other personal references embedded within the work…Holloway’s aesthetics create familiar spaces that are rich in storytelling, free from constraints and true to his subjects.
